The business world is transforming fast and strategic buyers and experienced purchasing leaders are under continuous pressure dealing with new technologies, exceptional energy costs, inflation rates, and challenged supply chains. Digitalization and the use of E-Procurement tools and strategies are no longer nice to haves but a must in the procurement and supply chain management functions. Selecting the right tools, developing a medium- and long-term strategy and integrating these in the policies, procedures and function goals and objectives will be critical for the added value, both actual and perceived, of the procurement teams and function within companies of any size.
Objective
This one-day training shall help you to identify the keys to an understanding of the impact of digitalization in the procurement function, allow you to understand what tools to use best depending on the level of procurement maturity of your organization.

Formateur
Fidel Sesumaga
Fidel Sesumaga, is a Procurement and Supply Chain Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the Consulting, Software Services, Pharma, Energy and Engineering sectors. He holds an MBA from the universities of Bradford, Audiencia Nantes and Deusto Business School and an MA and BA in Economics and Law from the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain. He was also certified by the ISM (American Institute of Supply Chain Management) as a CPM – Certified Purchasing Manager.
He started his professional career at FreeMarkets Ltd. (now SAP Ariba) where he run strategic sourcing projects for Fortune 500 companies. He joined Westinghouse Electric Company in the Nuclear Services business unit in order to build their European Strategic Sourcing organization as CPO for the Europe, Middle East and Africa .
Mr Sesumaga has also consulting experience in the areas of business strategy, organizational change, procurement systems, process integration and digitalization with a special attention to CSR (sustainability) where he has collaborated with EcoVadis supporting the onboarding of Fortune 500 customers in the industrial and pharma sectors. Mr. Sesumaga currently works at Catalent Pharma Solution as Global Director for CAPEX – Equipment.

Ces prix incluent la session de formation, le matériel pédagogique et le lunch.
La facture sera émise dès réception du bulletin d’inscription.
Les annulations doivent être communiquées par mail uniquement au plus tard une semaine avant le début du module. Dans ce cas, une indemnité équivalente à 10% du montant de votre inscription vous sera retenue. Passé ce délai, la totalité du droit d’inscription restera due.
Les organisateurs se réservent le droit d’annuler certains modules si le nombre de participants est insuffisant.
